Not much of a cook and after work last thing I want to do is cook or prep so something like this seems great for versatility of flavors and meals. If anyone's got a recommendation of recipes please feel free to share!

Dude,,, This is the coolest thing I've ever bought. If you like seafood, vegis, etc. LOL always use a 16oz of miller light as the broth... Mix in a bit of Seabay seasoning and a little hot sauce... I love mine as you can tell.
Use to have one like this. Used it a few times and sold it. Might be 1 minute for shrimp, but takes like 10 min or more to get up to pressure first. And, if natural release, another 10.

Trying to avoid non-stick due to questionable coating material and how easily they scrape off over time under regular (not very gentle) use.
An extra stainless steel pot ($20) costing as much as the cooker itself is a deal-breaker for me. An instant pot brand cooker, when available at a deal for $45 or lesser (that comes with a stainless steel pot) works out to cost the same or better then.
