The only deal breaker (for some) is probably the lacking noise cancellation but I personally never cared for it and actually prefer a bit of ambient noise so I know my surroundings.

PS: Here's a very recent deal (we're talking days) for "new". I know the links goes to refurbished but at the time the condition was listed as "new". I'm also pretty sure you can go through EPP or student and trade-in (any headset, including dollar store ones) for $69.99 new.
