Not trying to be a jerk but that has to be the smallest table I've seen with a dual monitor setup.

You're not. Happy with the space I have available to make it work.

I purchased the one at Costco 2 months back.
That one is only 1080 not 1440

I am getting 1080P resolution through HDMI.
However through display port it gives full resolution. Anyone else has that issue?

Thanks in advance for your feedback / help

Since you said display port is giving you full res, I would check the hdmi cable. The cable may not be able to push above 1080p.
In addition to the cable, it may also be the device. I had an old work laptop for years where the maximum resolution via HDMI was 1920x1080 (it couldn't even do 1920x1200). I did a lot of research and it turned out to be a hardware limitation of that particular model. DisplayPort worked at full res, though.

It would be worth checking for a display driver update too in addition to the above.

I thought the back light bleed on the Gigabyte was bad. That's why I landed on this LG and I'm happy with it.

I recently bought LG 27GL850-B 27 [walmart.com] monitor as a replacement for a failing MSI monitor and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Blacks are true black, all colors are radiant and just pop.

If your GPU is capable of higher than 1080p, then it most probably is the HDMI cable. Newest HDMI cable should have no issue running above 1080p.

I had similar issue with older HDMI cable with my soundbar that has HDMI ARC on it. The older HDMI cable would not turn on the soundbar and transmit sound when I turn on the TV, had to manually turn on the soundbar and use the fiber optic cable separately for sound. A newer HDMI cable solved that(and I thought my soundbar was broken!!). Now I just turn on my TV and the soundbar turns on automatically and works perfectly, I don't even use my soundbar remote anymore as I can control the sound via the TV remote.

I've heard that 1440 is best for 27in monitors and that if you're looking for a 32 that's when you up to 4K resolution. Any truth to that?

a 32" 1440 looks great and zero need for scaling. This monitor looks great. I ran 3 - 24" then purchased one of these and now I will be purchasing a third. They are great monitors for the price. The only issue is if you are into gaming pushing 1440 isnt going to be nice to an older gpu.

How good is this for non gaming purposes? Main purpose is going to photo and video editing and regular office work.
I've been eyeing the LG 32UN650-W

That is awesome. I think my mousepad is about the same size.

I bought this last time it was on sale. Had 1 game (NBA 2k21) that experienced motion blur, other than that I don't have a single complaint. Works perfectly with my 3080ti.

I think it depends on the person. Personally, I have a 32" 1440p monitor at home and it works great for me. In fact, my work monitor is a 32" 4K display, and i purposely run it at 1440p because scaling gets wonky sometimes and things are way too small for me at the native resolution.

I'd jump on this, but no room left for another monitor and I don't think my RX580 can pump out 165Hz + 1440p....

ok, im dumb, help me out.
Looking for 4k hdr tv/monitor for my ps5. Is this not 4k? I have a feeling, even tho this isn't 4k, this would still look better? is this closer to a 2k monitor?

Bought one of these to use with my Macbook Pro - 2019 w/ Radeo Pro 560X 5GB.
Decent monitor, but great for the price. Wish the stand was adjustable for height, but that doesn't seem common in entry level monitors (which this is).

This monitor is _big_, though. The frame is actually nicely done and the bezels are small and clean. The way the HDMI/DP ports on the back are oriented is a little strange. They face straight out, rather than towards the bottom or sides. This might cause issues if you plan on flush mounting it (you can just get 90 degree adapters, though).

LG also has a surprisingly decent little utility for Mac that allows you to split the monitor into"'virtual areas" of your choosing. You can only use the preconfigured layouts they provide, but it's still an interesting feature. They actually have a Mac version (which I'm using), and a Windows version.

You can also adjust the brightness and other basic settings from the app:
