1 or 2 or 5 might be normal with a new phone, just like buying a new car doesn't mean the Odometer will read 0. But if you've got a discharge number much beyond that, you've got a Used phone that was misrepresented and sold as New. Came across this app via Android Central forums. I'm in no way affiliated with AC, nor vndnguyen, so if you prefer you can install the Samsung Members app, but that only gives you a generic battery health, ie: "Good", and unfortunately Samsung removed access to Android's built in tool accessible via dialer, entering "*#*#4636#*#*". |
