Mine came out to about $1270 with tax for a fold 512gb with a note 10 plus trade-in ($625) plus $100 worth of accessories. I ended up financing through Samsung so can't comment on the cashback. I think I paid around the same price for the note 10 plus 512GB around 2 years ago so I was pretty ok with that trade-in value. Don't think I would do much better anywhere else.
I got 550 for the S21 on the app where I had reserved
And on the website from a random account it was 450
I used 12 % cash back and Also Paypal 5 % from Discover. No PAW for me as may not be eligible.

I reserved before today's announcement AND used PAW. Somehow I got a free case (that one with S Pen) during checkout even after I used $200 credit to buy one. So there are two cases with s pen.
So look closer to your item list before placing order
