It's 25,000 points so 25 separate $10 gift cards.
25 * $10 = $250
Now, it says that they reserve the right to remotely disable your new device if trade in device doesn't meet requirements or is not sent in.
That seems a bit harsh especially since they often seem to make mistakes when processing trade in devices.

Have never gotten a 5% coupon on the fold 3 page (apparently you have to do the one-time-payment option and then stick around on the page).
Have not gotten a coupon emailed after adding the fold to my cart and then closing the browser either, but my Samsung account does have a few orders so maybe YMMV.
