Well guys, after cancelling my order almost 8 times...finally got it down to a price im happy with

trading in S20 FE for $400 off

Will be getting-

Fold 3
Folding case
Watch 4 classic
Galaxy buds 2

Current total - 1479 with tax ....will be getting 12% off this through cashback and also have another 10% back through support cancellation trick.

Total after everything - $1100ish for all 4 items.

Cancelling doesn't give you 10% refund on an account with orders, right? I'm not even sure about new accounts without any orders. I tried cancelling yesterday (better price on amazon reason) on my edu account (has past orders) after 30 minutes of placing the order and it just cancelled the order lmao

You have to contact them with a reason, and they will try to stop you from cancelling and give you 10% off. I told them i got a pop up with 5% off discount after ordering and if they could apply it. They said they can't change the order now, so they will give me 10% off i keep it.

Buying through the Samsung Shop app definitely seems to be the way to go if you don't want to mess around with Hone y. I'm getting over $200 difference between the app and the desktop site. I am trading in a N20Ultra and Watch Active 2 and I reserved before pre-order. Both of the below are starting the process from the reservation email.

For comparison purposes...

Shop Samsung app:
Galaxy Z Fold 3 512GB - $724.99
Free 35W duo power adapter included
Galaxy Watch4 - $133.09
Subtotal w/taxes included - $2,370.02
Total savings - $1,429.82
Final total - $940.20

Samsung desktop website:
Galaxy Z Fold 3 512GB - $899.99
No free power adapter
Galaxy Watch4 - $151.99
Subtotal w/taxes included - $2,358.58
Total savings - $1,205.93
Final total - $1,152.65

Difference between the two final totals: $212.45

Not sure how/where the extra savings is as everything looks the same but it seems to be registering an extra savings when going through the Shop Samsung app.

FYI I just did this as well and it worked for me. I told them I wanted to cancel because I could get it cheaper through the Mobile app. They said the order had already gone through and couldn't cancel it, but they offered 10% off, up to $100.

You're not filing anything. You contact their chat support and do what i did above. They will just give you an ID # to contact support again after you get the phone.
