The trade in values are bad.
Tab S7+ is $200. That is highway robbery.

Edit: I was looking at is as a second device trade in.
Not that great. Hold for better deals.

BTW, I saw the new flip at costco today and played around with it a little. I was not impressed. The crease is very obvious to me and kinda distracting. The width is a bit too narrow when opened. Me and my friend also couldnt get over the slight bend when its opened. I have preordered the fold and hoping to see a demo unit (was not at costco) while the order is still cancelable.
the thing is you really have to TTRRYYYYY ITTT!!! ( https://youtu.be/jRQEDAts2wA LOL) jokes aside, I've had my Fold 2 for like 6 months and I really hated the weight, the outer screen and the crease inside in the beginning, but eventually I got used to it, not that the crease becomes "invisible" all the time like some reviewers say but at some angles and especially with white or light colors background it does and you get used to it and learn to hold it so you can enjoy the immersive screen when reading, browsing or watching videos, now I really can't go back to a regular smartphone, my Note 20 Ultra has a super crispy and beautiful screen but now it's too small lol. I'll be with the Fold line for a while. Still hate the outer screen though, I only use it for super basic things that take less than a minute, I really wish it folded in the X axis instead (like the flip), that way the outer screen would be about 16:9 aspect ratio and roughly same size as the Note 5 screen and much MUCH more usable for typing, videos and in general. The cameras are of course noticeable worse than the Note 20 Ultra, especially when zooming in.

I'm hoping the under display camera has a similar effect than the crease, if you look for it, obviously you will clearly see it, but if it blends in good enough while looking at the general picture while watching videos I'm hoping it dissapears as an optical illusion. I'll be happy if that happens, I'm sure enough it'll be at least better than the punch hole but looks like it has much more room of improvement for future generations. But for example right now I have dark mode activated and most of the time the status bar is black, if I focus on the camera I can see it but most of the time while browsing it blends in with the black pixels and "dissapears" as I focus on the actual content I'm reading/watching.

For those that travel. Note that the US versions of these two folding phones are single physical SIM only and the esim is disabled. The international ones are two physical sims at least.
Thanks for the info! I placed my order thinking it has Esim but now just may have to cancel.

It probaby does have esim, it is just disabled. Probably due to backlash when samsung advertised esim on both S20 and S21 series but never actually enabled it. The only samsung phone that has esim enabled is the tmobile variant of Note20 and Note20 Ultra.

I'm actually going from the Note 20 ultra to the fold 3. How much worse is the camera? I rarely use the super zoom and all that, mainly use the normal shooter and the ultrawide. The Fold 3 should have the same camera as the Fold 2 that you currently have.

I thought we couldn't get R10 without going through the Samsung desktop website and R10's browser extension but it looks like I'm able to via the R10 app.

I thought it'd be worth a shot to see if it's possible to get CB with the app since it's about $200 cheaper ordering through there vs desktop. Downloaded and signed in to the R10 app, opened Samsung through there, signed into Samsung account, and the items in my cart (Fold 3, Watch 4 Classic, Buds 2, Case and Spen) are equal to the total I get on the Samsung app which is $1,099 (I get $1,212 when going through desktop). So I get the lower of the two prices but also get CB through R10. Pretty sure I'm ready to pull the trigger now!

How you got from R10 app to Samsung app? When I open Samsung from R10 app, it takes me to Chrome browser, and the price in cart won't lower compare to the Samsung app. Am I missing something?
