Good question! I don't know, but perhaps at one point they were referred to this, as a google search with quotes reveals a lot of results and it's used seemingly interchangeably with AirPods max within those results.

Honestly probably not with a lot of things here, it's mostly ads now. It could be a better deal. Less $ savings doesn't mean it's not a good deal, might not be worth my time though.
