Just thought I'd say "we" (that's most of us at least) appreciate you guys and get that stuff happens now & then. Most pkgs arrive in pristine cond. a tiny percentage don't. Laundry detergent & otr big liquid items gotta be a PITA shipping item. Anyways, thanx for your comment, we appreciate u.

New rule I will go by: When ordering laundry detergent I will only order it as the only item in that order so it ships in its own box, in case is breaks and goes everywhere (about a 50/50 in my experience).
When notifying Amazon it's all an automated system and you have to open a damage claim with them per item, not per shipment/order so it's a bit of a pain when multiple items are involved.

This is the best laundry detergent out there. Much better than Tide. Consumer Reports rates this the best laundry detergent by a large margin, as well. I work in a busy kitchen, and my uniform smells terrible after. This is the only detergent I've found that gets the smell out of it.

This from Amazon would be still couple cents cheaper
They write higher load number but go by the how much product/ounce you are getting.

You need to stick with gentile, "NO SCENT" detergents if you are that sensitive.
