just got the sound bar with sub today. I got a defective one, doesn't work with hdmi or optical. My first purchase of monoprice, not very good impression of their brand.

wireless headphone are speaker and these are speaker both are output devices. Does not work that way.

The speakers went bad on my 10 year old Samsung 3D HDTV that I have as a dual display with my brand new 4k LG in my living room.
1 for Computer/Play Station, and the other for Cable/YouTube.

Just received this from Target a few days ago. Audio is sh*t so I'm returning. Soundbar audio is worse than my TV and the subwoofer is obnoxiously loud.

Did yours get shipped? I ordered on 8/20 and it still hasn't shipped.

According to FedEx, Monoprice has created 4 different pending tracking numbers on 4 different days, but nothing has been picked up or shipped.

I contacted Monoprice support twice last week on different days, and each time was assured that it would ship that day....

still not shipped. they made an excuse of opening a new warehouse in Kentucky which they aren't even doing.

I ordered on 8/17

Put in a order update support ticket on 9/5. No reply.

I put in a request to cancel on 9/8 via chat. Rep said it was delayed due to warehouse move. It ended up shipping late that day via FedEx from a Kentucky location. I had to re-request cancellation and they put a return to sender on the package. I now have to wait about 8 business days to get refund. So I might get money back by 9/17. 30 something days after initial order.
