EDIT 8/25: Thread originally is for ATT version but now looks like sane seller has the unlocked TMO version as well for $10 more. Brand new, warranty, ect.. the TMO version is better since it's using MediaTek 5G chip, the Dimensity 1000C, instead of the SD 765G, which is on all the other variants.

And yes u can unlock boot loader and yes there is custom recovery for em

Also only LMG900EM LMG900EMW LMG900EMX LMG900d are truly bootloader unlockable . But I've never seen it matter much what stock oem firmware u put onto a phone the radio bands still all work same as whatever the model was originally , and if not entering the secret sauce menu can enable whatever bands it is you need(Ed)
