- I have a box of these; to me they taste a lot like Trader Joe's Savory Thin Mini Crackers. If you like crisp rice crackers (not the rice cakes), I think you'll like these. Also, "hint of sea salt" is pretty accurate; these are not overly salty IMO.

- Gluten-free foods are almost always less healthy for individuals, except for those folks who have legitimately gotten a diagnosis of Celiac disease or have been diagnosed as gluten-intolerant by their doctor.
Most people would be far better off eating almonds, frankly.- Mostly rice flour, which is pretty non-nutritive.
