Thank you. Seems like a good deal if you can find it, but the reviews are terrible for this thing on Costco's website. Most are around delivery (not applicable here) and installation.

I personally bought this. Installation was not bad. Took me and my wife about one and a half hours to do that with the right tools. So far satisfied.

Ive had this elliptical for a few months now and I haven't had any issues with it. It looks like most of the bad reviews are from delivery and poor installation. I would say do the delivery and installation yourself if possible. You will need two strong individuals to move up and down stairs. It took me about an hour and half to setup. I paid around 700 so this is a great deal IMO.

You will need the subscription to activate the machine, which comes with one year subscription. Then it should work without it.

I see. So the 1-year subscription comes as part of the purchase price? I've been avoiding buying all the "connected" products because I don't need yet another monthly bill. Devices like the Tonal Gym are very attractive until you realize when you cut the subscription they cut back functionality that doesn't have anything to do with classes or training and the device is effectively worthless.

They are being liberal using the term elliptical. But I suppose they are technically correct as the slightly ovular motion is vertical instead of horizontal. I looked on Youtube and it is really like a stepper with a very compact stride (a few inches) and a high step range, not a traditional elliptical motion.
That wouldn't rule it out if I found one at my warehouse on clearance also. Looks like a great deal for $299.97.
Looks like a good workout for limited space placements.

Just for data, when Costco warehouse price ends in .97 it is clearance and the title could reflect that, over and above the YMMV of it being in stock, it may have different pricing, so simply YMMV is an understatement. Hope that sounds sensible.

Looks like a great deal if need a small form factor ellipitcal/stait stepper hybrid type machine and can find one in your local Costco store. I will check and post if I find it.
