This seems really cool but I just can't figure out the use case for it.
Maybe in an off-the-grid cabin scenario?

I've had one for a couple years and used it for a variety of tasks while tailgating. Haven't tried to bake any desserts, so exact temperature control hasn't been a concern, but it heats up quickly and is great for keeping multiple trays of food warm after heating on the cooktop. We use the 1/4 sheet aluminum trays and they fit perfectly. We hook it up to a 20lb propane tank with the available adapter so I can't really judge how efficient it is if you plan on using the smaller canisters.

It'd be pretty big to haul around camping, but for our use it's rad.
