I got the induction version and been using it for years without any sign of the coating wearing.

I've come to conclusion non stick pans are like pants. Some will say they are made to be disposable, some can make them last for decades, some will jump in a forest fire then blame the pants for not being "durable", some could be manufacture defects, and some will say it causes testicular cancer lol

I have these and think the 10.5 would be fine for a 5 QT saute pan. Just know though, they are not designed for lids but could hold a lid if needed. However, a lid might scratch the non-stick surface around the lip of the pan.

Thanks. My All Clad non-stick with the normal handle started to wear earlier this year after 3 years of heavy use. These look cheaper because of the handles but who cares at this price.

Have had these same pans for a year. Don't use metal in them and don't let them get to hot without something in them. Have had them a year and they work like day 1
