Would I trust this with high-end electronics? No. But at least I'd trust this to meet the basic claims.
The FCC labeling would indeed arise from the integration of the USB charging ports (since those need to meet the standards associated with accepting/not-generating interference).
Definitely seems a half-step above the scammier Anker products (e.g. - power strips only certified as power cords).
