And to clarify, I am not a new app user, I've used it for years.
But it doesn't seem to be working for the second purchase. Is the code they refer to sent via email?

The way the offer reads is that for the 2nd one, you will not save instantly, but get a promo code later. First time there has been a combo offer quite like this. No way to confirm at checkout. Hopefully, it works out as stated.

Strange. I made the first purchase earlier. After a couple of hours, I was able to add the 2nd coupon (as has been reported by others in the thread here), but it didn't apply at checkout for qualified purchases- I tried several different things just in case.
So then rereading the terms it looks like it was supposed to be a delayed gratification promo code for the 2nd offer. After reading your post, I just tried the link it wants to try to apply my first offer. Then, of course, it says already claimed after I click on that. I will keep trying. Hopefully, it will work for me (as it did for you) by tomorrow.
