I'm a long time customer/app user and got this to work. Here's what I can offer:

1) You must be using the Amazon APP, can't be on your desktop/web browser/etc.

2) Must be $25 or more of stuff sold by Amazon.com specifically (look on the right side for "Sold by" and "Shipped by")

I use find friends so I can see their phones….but the car is another story…but they would also see it in find friends!

2nd one would not work for me but I chatted with customer service. They couldn't figure it out and gave me $15 promotional credit.

I did mine back to back and worked. No need to wait 24 hours. I've been using the Amazon app for years. Make sure you click the link and coupon button each time though. Even though it says I wasn't eligible, coupon applied two times.

Rechecked this thread and noticed 24 hours had passed. I had already put a qualifying item in my cart yesterday as preparation. The first time I got to the checkout page in the app there was no discount for second purchase. I still had the deal page on my phone so I clicked the activation link again. Got the usual messages and when I went to the cart again the $15 off was showing on the checkout page. Order placed !

For anyone having issues with the second discount, what worked for me was going again through the link on this post and clicking once more on get coupon. I placed an order yesterday and just tried this and got my second discount.

Thanks, worked for me. I have had the app for a long time, but I just use it to check the status of my orders and stuff when I am not at home so it was a first purchase for me. I am going to check back tomorrow and hopefully get the second discount.

Threads like this remind me of why it's helpful to keep a wish list of random filler items that are sold by Amazon, thus qualifying for this and similar promotions. I have countless wish lists organized by departments, but it's a laborious process to find something that isn't sold by a third party.

I had the same problem first coupon went through easy and the second coupon I was unable to get it to apply. Chatted with Amazon customer service and got the $15 as a courtesy credit. Amazon is awesome, sometimes 😁

Unfortunately this is not working for me. However, not complaining since the first $15 credit did work.
