For a lot of discussion re quality:price. If you go in expecting Harbor Freight esque quality you'll probably be satisfied, but even this comparison seemed too generous for some people last time.

Pretty inexpensive prices for the items, but ymmv on quality and value. Some reviews show items breaking easily/quickly.

From the number of times this has been posted we should have a lot of collective SD experience to rely on-
people who bought previous times it was promoted:
how has it held up?

I picked up some of their stuff last time and I was pretty satisfied. The 3 inch socket adapters are holding up with no issues on my m18 fuel impact.

The hex sockets are holding up OK, but they are showing a little bit of wear after a few hours with the impact.

Sucked in to this deal in the past. As a shade tree mechanic, trying to be my own warranty, they have functioned without issue using my Milwaukee M12 stubby impact for many a stubborn and rusty bolt. Cheap and works.

I'm confused. How is a socket adapter going to convert your conventional drill into an impact driver? They're fundamentally different things.
So you can run sockets on your impact driver.

I've not had great luck from a torque perspective with these style for anything serious. But theoretically if it didn't need all the torque, it could work well

Impact drivers and impact wrenches differ, but this (primary advertisement anyway) is to use an impact driver or conventional drill with 1/4, 3/8, 1/2" socket.
Yea, I get the use case for the adapter to connect an impact driver to an impact socket. I probably wouldn't use it for anything torque heavy. Should be good enough for changing and rotating tires though.

What I don't get is the claim the Amazon description for these sockets. It makes it sound like they're going to convert a drill into an impact driver. Just attaching a socket adapter isn't going to give it more torque.

I have had these three inch ones for a while now, as a heavy diy'er and handyman by trade, these hold up way better than the HF ones. I purchased a travel trailer a few months ago and have went on several trips and put the 1/2" one into my brushless drill and use it to raise and lower all the jacks on the trailer. I actually took a Taiwan socket and drilled a hole in it, cut off the handle of the A frame jack and drilled a hole in the handle shaft of that, put a nut and bolt through the hole, and use this adapter to raise and lower the A-frame jack also. I thought it may break after a few times, but its held up awesome even with quite a bit of torque on it. I would love to see projectfarm from YT add these to his review of the drivers.

I have these and they work great for diy and at home fixer upper jobs. I've got a Dewalt 1/2" inch impact wrench for more torque, but use these adapters 90% of the time.

I have the 250lb torque wrench that's linked above. I'm not using it every day but have used it a lot over the past month and it's done exactly what it's supposed to do.

My use case was needing a torque wrench to properly set up our hitch for our 5th wheel. Works great for what I need it for.

Gotta give it a little extra twist with the wrist after the drill gives up!

I would rate their stuff higher than harbor freight, at least all the extensions and adapters I've bought. I also have the 1/2 torque wrench at work and it checked out way more accurate than any of the harbor freight ones we have tried on our calibrated digital tester. It was consistently 3.5% or less off. Which is about as good as we've seen. Harbor freight 1/2" were as high as 7% off. And varied a lot.

wanted the torque wrench and some impact socket adapters, couldn't buy both at one time. If i bought one, logged out, logged back in, I could use another coupon code. Seems odd, but it works.

I bought some of this stuff when it was on sale the last time. All that stuff worked ok, no issues. I just need a torque wrench for 210 ft lbs. and more impact socket adapters never hurt anyone. Some for the garage, some for the work toolkit.

Regardless, solid deal on the 3" extensions.
They're made to fit in your impact driver like a quarter inch Dewalt impact driver

I would not use an impact driver on spark plugs. Cylinder heads can be sensitive to torque, especially if they're aluminum.

You may want to grab one of the torque wrenches, an extension for that and a spark plug socket instead.

Just ordered the 3" set. Only needed the 1/4" bit but for $4 it's worth having extras. Thanks OP!
