And this similar model BeautyRest BR800 $150 less at MattressFirm https://www.mattressfir
*Firmness is around 5.
*Lack of support in the middle.
*4 sides are surprisingly firm making the middle sunk even more.
*comes in compressed and vacuumed in a box.
*No way to return.
If you find it too soft for your liking, and happen to stuck with this mattress, try flip it upsidedown to sleep on mattress bottom that is firm.

Loved my Phillipsburg II. had it for 5 years no issues... got a br900 or something June 15th and my gf side is completely sunk in and i weigh 75lb more than her... such BS. Have to pay a restock/return fee to wayfair soon. I think I'll try the costco novaform
Not sure what you're talking about version wise but I don't think it's the same mattress. This is great for a person's primary bed with no problems noted. It's been on sale here numerous times with tons of buyers reporting that it's a great mattress.

Pros
This mattress does a good job of sleeping cool thanks to the cool-to-the-touch cover and the gel infusions in the memory foam, which help defend against heat trap. The bed might appeal to people who like the feel of memory foam but are worried about sleeping hot.
This hybrid could be a great option for couples. It has reinforced edge support so you can utilize the full surface of the mattress, and it does a good job of isolating motion. If you sleep with a partner, you might want to consider this mattress.
Combo sleepers (especially those who switch between their back and side) might really like this mattress. It offers a balance of support and pressure relief in multiple positions, and it has great mobility so it's easy to change positions without feeling stuck.
Cons
This mattress might not be ideal for strict stomach sleepers. You might find that your hips bow in and cause your spine to get out of alignment. If you spend all night on your stomach, consider a firmer mattress.
If you like the feel of a firmer mattress, this probably won't fit the bill. If you want a super firm bed, check out the Beautyrest Black or firm mattress options from other brands.

returning this mattress... less than a month it significantly sunk in on side of person that weighs 150ish. My side is fine and I weigh 210lbs. will try costco novaform... mostly for the return policy. have to eat $75 to return the mattress thru wayfair.

OP is for the newer Hybrid (Foam + Coil) BRX-800,there are some who are comparing it to the entry level (non coil) BR800. Its not the same
the BR800 a completely different mattress.
fyi: the comparable wayfair mattress is actually more expensive

Thanks for clarification; however, i find it confusing as wayfair listed the br800 as a hybrid mattress and gives a coil count, but you state otherwise. Regardless of entry level or not there is clearly poor QC with these lower line Beautyrest mattresses and it makes absolutely no sense for the issue to be on the side of the person that weighs less unless the manufacturer has quality issues. I'm unsure how different my Phillipsburg II from 6 years ago was than the BR800 as you know they try to make it very difficult to compare mattresses to each other. This was enough to sway me to return the br800 and go for ANYTHING from Costco so i do not need to eat another restock fee cost in case of any quality issue. Never had a memory foam mattress before but hopefully the novaform doesn't disappoint... i only need this mattress for 1 year... sadly the br800 didn't last a month
Yea like anyday..
