QLC with no DRAM.

A better option would be the Silicon Power P34A80. TLC with DRAM. You can get the 1TB model for $99

Usually you have to rely on 3rd party reviewers because some manufacturers don't divulge that information on their product page when they don't have DRAM.

However, manufacturers will post on their product page when their drive has DRAM because they know it is a selling point. Like the Silicon Power P34A80 I suggested, it has it proudly listed under "Features"
