They sell the entire Amazon product line and have for some time.
BuyDig stocks ONLY the Recast as far as I can see and has 0 reviews on the item (so it seems to be a new listing).
Amazon warranty is pretty explicitly regarding "Authorized Resellers" but I can't find a list for who counts.

"We are 100% Amazon Recast authorized dealers. The name may show as Beach Trading, Beach Camera, or Buydig. We are owned by the same corporation. Kindly provide your receipt to them and advise the manufacturer. The USA Authorized Dealer Warranty means that the item is under a USA warranty only. "
