If you're car camping, any old aluminum pot will work. The one in my car camping tote was from the thrift store, probably close to 5 quarts, and is dinged up a bit but works just fine. All of my car camping cookware is from the thrift store, though I do have a really nice calphalon straight sided pan with lid that I got for like $7, which I use to make rice more than anything, but anything works. Utensils, get real kitchen ones, even if they're old and beat up. Use a plastic bowl to eat out of, and a cutting board that is a decent size, even if it's the thin foldable kind. Same thing with knives, but keep them sharp for the love of the outdoors. I use the same kind I have in the kitchen, from a restaurant supply store.
If you plan on loading up a backpack with this and going a few miles into the woods, you're better off getting something else. Those imusa aluminum mugs, or even the stanco grease pots are under $5 each if you can find them locally or $10ish online. you can find any aluminum pot on ebay ali or amazon. Something around 700ml per person is good. If you wanna get fancy, go with Ti, I have a few Toaks that I like a lot, but I just boil water when I backpack. Eating utensil, a spoon from Chipotle, or if you want to spend more, some $2 one from REI. I have a long handled Ti spoon because I like to feel cool while eating my measly tuna packets. Forget the spork, they're bad forks and even worse spoons.
The end.

Goodwill and Salvation army around here are good because the pricing is consistent, but the items have gone downhill in the last year.

They are very good quality and will last a long time. Everything nests inside which makes this set very convenient to keep in my camping gear in the garage. You can use the plastic bowl / lids as temporary leftover containers, just sit them in your cooler.
