Maybe the op didn't do a good job but the prices are total for 3 months, not monthly. So the 12gb is $30 or $10 per month. Maybe the others aren't stellar but 6-7 per month isnt horrible.

I don't know of any MVNO's that don't get de-prioritized.

Last time this deal came up was at target and the product QA page on target.com was answered by an unreal rep and they stated 90 days. I have not activated mine yet from that deal, but will in early Oct, which will be ~70 days since purchase for me. Fingers crossed.
Thank you. I emailed Unreal and they said the same thing. 90 days from purchase. Good to know!

Makes sense, as Red Pocket is 90 days.

Mint Mobile has an "Unlimited" plan for $30 a month but that's just the first 35GB at 5G/4G LTE speeds and then slow after that so "unlimited" in quotes is required. Of course Unreal Mobile uses both TMobile and AT&T networks so that's kind of a plus in their corner since Mint is just TMobile network as I understand it. I am curious what the "regular" price is for these unreal mobile plans or is this just a marketing show?
But only 5GB is available for hotspot. Add if you use up your 35GB you can't add/buy more data unlike their 'lower tier' plans.

Kinda weird pricing.
It starts out an average of $6.50 a GB for first tier (2gb), then the next tier, the additional GB is $7 (3gb plan), usually GBs go down in price the more you get, then the next tier, the cost is $1.10gb for the next 9gb.
My guess is that they know which one people will pick. This pricing will make their customer base skyrocket and then have more clout as an MVNO.

When you make international calls, what caller id do they see on the receiving side? This is important for me because most people (at least my callers) won't answer unknown numbers.
I am on Lycamobile and planning to switch to an AT&T MVNO. With Lyca my callers see my number. I tried another TMO MVNO (can't remember the name) in the past, but my callers were seeing random local numbers.
Unfortunately its not always your number....i have also noticed that the call quality is in general better when my number shows on the receiving end...but its only 50% of the time i think (may be even less)...other times its a random number...but the call quality is still ok enough on these that i only cut & call again only on occasions where its too bad..so if that's important to you as you say then this won't work.

Does it have to be activated today?
Or could I bank this credit and activate/use at a later time?
Customer service told me it needs to be activated within 90 days.

You have 90 days to activate according to someone upthread. But you probably cannot extend a current plan. I expect, like Mint, this deal is for new customers and you have to get a new number.

Pretty confident that isn't how it works. They don't have anyway of holding say Slickdeals notifications back without holding your whole connection back.
I'm more than pretty confident it's working exactly as I described.
I have 2 identical android phones. One is on Unreal and one is on Red Pocket.
Same exact settings (nevermind the fact you can't set any delay for notifications anyway).
On the Red pocket phone it will show SD notifications, singly, as each deal alert notification activates & comes in, over the course of, say,, 8 hours.
On the Unreal phone, it will not display ANY SD notifications (for example, the first 6 individual ones that the Red Pocket phone ALREADY received).
It may take another hour or two, then the Unreal phone 'dumps' a batch of the same 6 notifications all at once, back-to-back.
It ALWAYS occurs just like that.
Explain that.

I'd argue this is much much more likely to be Doze from the OS rather than the network doing something.

Both phones received SD alerts (and all other notifications) pretty much the same as each other, without this drastic difference, all prior to 2 months ago when I had Red Pocket on one, and Visible on the other.
So that rules out the 'doze'.
