You're better off buying Crave, which is above average at an average grocery store price.

Contains carrageenan which is an additive that some experts claim may be a possible contributor to certain medical conditions in cats.

This is made apparent when you see people posting youtube videos of them feeding cats daily. In these videos they usually have a big bag of dried food to feed cats around the block. This however is pretty dangerous for cats in the long run. By dangerous I mean you'll eventually cause them a slow and very painful death by doing this. UTI being the main culprit.
Cats unlike dogs have a very low thirst drive, this means they don't usually care to drink water under normal circumstances. They get a majority of their water content in the prey they hunt through the blood in meat consumption. Since these people are feeding all the cats dehydrated food, this causes the cat to be dehydrated as well as the dehydrated food will start absorbing water content inside the gut. As a double whammy, cats that are full will be less inclined to hunt therefore driving the dehydration even further as they will not be consuming meat with water content nearly as often. Back to the youtube thing... Anyone who cares about the cat's health more than just posting youtube content tends to feed them wet cat food as they done their own proper research.
Completely missing the point here. This brand has additives that are questionable. A lot of these brands that have been around for a while are jumping on the "natural pet scene" because it sells. The 2006 giant pet recall taught me to always look at labels.
One being carrageenan which is a thicken agent from a sea weed. Even for humans, it has been a potential cancer causing agent. Then there's "added color" which could be anything legally.
By all means, feed your cat whatever you want, but just because it's on sale doesn't mean it's good.

My cat's vet did confirm very recently that the dry food dehydrating cats is true. She said to feed my cats wet food twice a week in order for them to get the amount of hydration that they need.
Also, for your own cats, the water fountains seem to encourage them to drink on their own significantly more. But still continue to feed the cats wet food twice a week.
As for outdoor strays that you want to feed, yeah I can't comment on how to handle that. Giving wet food to random strays would get pretty expensive.

Crave is out of stock everywhere I look. Any other recommendations?
I've been feeding my two cats instinct grain free kibble and a variety of tiki cats wet food flavors.
