I picked up a bunch of Hickey Freeman at TJMaxx lately as well. Still fantastic quality from what I can tell.
And Hickey Freeman has been around for over 120 years, kind of amazing considering they aren't often included in lists of companies 100+ years old like Ford, GM, Coke, etc.

They still do sell quality/premium clothing. They also have some more affordable options at different tiers for different demos. It's just smart business.
Costco has numerous deals in a number of luxury goods as mentioned by others, and also works to offload product that hasn't sold as expected from suppliers. Again, just good business.
Also if you think a high-end suit starts at $1,000, I'm surprised you have such an elitist attitude.
