Got my first Target Debit RedCard in May for the $40 x 2 double dip. Called Tuesday morning to cancel my account saying that I don't use it. I did have to listen to a short spiel that we both knew was pointless. He did say I would need to wait 90 days before reapplying, but I think that's probably only true from the original application date. I reapplied two days later and was instantly approved after logging into my checking account. FWIW I did remove my target card online access first and use a different bank account, though I don't know if that makes any difference. I used the same driver license and social, after all.

What is the best way to double dip on the coupon?
Many have said here that, the very same coupon can be used twice, in-store and online (on qualifying purchases of course).

Besides trying that, I will also do this. Even better?

So is the $25 gc automatically mailed to you? You don't have to do anything besides meet the spending requirement?

$100+ (qualifying purchase, in-store or online) - $50 coupon = $50+

Pay for the $50+ purchase with REDcard, which will satisfy spend requirement of free Target $25 GC on $50+ purchase

Target $25 GC should be sent to me via snail mail automatically. Why shouldn't it be? Smilie

So in reality, it's a $25 off $50 coupon. And not even that since you only get a gc back and not cash. Although you could convert that $25 GC into three gc under $10 and convert it to cash.

Not as great of a deal as I originally thought. Would have been nice if the $50 spend minus the $50 coupon counted as your $50 spend and then you get $25 gc on top of that resulting in a free $25 gc. Good for people that have a $100 item they want anyways but tougher for those that don't know what to buy.

if Target dollar-off coupons are not pro-rated, then I wouldn't even need to make a $100+ purchase, a $50+ purchase would do 🤔

What is everyone getting? So many exclusions. I don't know what to use it for. I would like to use it in the electronics department most likely.

Did the 2 x coupons arrive in the same envelope as the Redcard? Or separate envelopes?

Did this offer start 11 Sept or 12 Sept? Some the comments say 11 Sept and other comments say 12 Sept.

Groceries. My guess is people who want to use this on electronics still live at home and dont need to buy their own groceries. Am I right? Just a hunch.

You can also buy furniture or housewares like towels and wash cloths. Or cleaning supplies. Again stuff an adult person living with their parents doesnt have to purchase.
