Get all sorts of errors yet I have no problems unlocking the pumps at the BP about 7 miles further away

Got BP fuel on 10/13.
Citi credited on 10/20.
AA credited on 10/18.
Both offers disappeared from saved offers until it suddenly appeared over on redeemed offers when they were credited days later.
I didn't check right before getting fuel so was afraid they had expired earlier than stated when they disappeared lol.
