My sister purchased this for my son last year. I's awesome and he loves it. It was fairly simple to assemble. Gets tons of play time on it from my son and it's always a hit when there's kids over. Only downfall is the size - its big as it is and requires clearance all around for kids to play on it effectively. So for anyone considering this, make sure you have the space for it and are willing to sacrifice that space.

Edit: this price is great btw.

Looks like there's a customer review who states that motorized trains will not work well on this set. It derails on turns and can't fit through the tunnels. (Video also included)

If this is something of concern, I'd advise you to not purchase it.

We have this set and love it. Highly recommend for kiddos that like transportation. Has a boat, plane, and helicopter too Smilie

Great set but not an incredibly special price. Having said that I would definitely recommend at this price. We rarely use the table except for storage. Much more creativity when used on the ground by adding extra building sets as they grow.

Amazon purchase history shows we bought an older 100 piece set and table in 2016. Got great use out of it for 4 years, through 3 moves. It was recently converted into a Lego table now that the kids are older. Still holding strong.
