Doesn't have the enzyme activator. I'd highly recommend, especially if you're dealing with cat urine, to get one that deals with the enzyme in the urine that causes the smell. Ask my avatar how I know this lesson.

I agree 100%. I have tried this Orange deodorizer before, and all it does is mask the odor for a while with an extremely strong Citrus smell that fades away after a couple of days. It does not address the root of the odor. Enzyme cleaner is the only way to go.
