This is definitely the older model; there is an error in the description; the 256gb 2020 model was $1,099, which is the 'regular' price of this one, and it states in the title on the site it is the 2020 model. Target has a different listing for the M1 model, which is correctly 128gb for $1,099. If you buy this, don't expect to get the 2021 version.

You can argue it and get exchange I have no doubt, but I'm a prick and I argue things like this.

Save the page save the info save receipt save it all. And demand a m1 as it is advertised as so, they will swap.

Less hassle than dealing w a disgruntled customer.

Highly doubt that Target will swap it. Last time I purchase a GoPro Max packaging but the display is actually GoPro Fusion and I was not happy. So had to return to store.
