Will the existing customer get the phone at $300 discount (for example iphone 13 128GB for $530) plus they will also get a $300 visa prepaid card?

I'm trying to do the math and I don't think it makes sense unless you're paying more for service elsewhere. I pay $50 for two lines w Visible where Xfinity charges 80 for the same. 24 month agreement w a $30 difference is $720 so I'm paying $120 more over two years than if I just paid full price for the phone w current service.

I've had Xfinity and now have Visible and they are really pretty much identical in my area.
What's the $30 difference you're referring to? If you were to upgrade both of your lines you'd get $600 back, which divided by 12 months is $50/month. So the $80 essentially becomes $30/month - which would be less than visible.

I haven't found another carrier that does these deals for existing customers - it really makes a big difference. We have the 12 pro and I did the upgrade because after the $300 back it's a free upgrade.

So far I have had a horrible experience with them lying constantly and then doing nothing about it.

1. After I already had them begin to ship a sim card, they said I could just go to an xfinity store and get one, even with the other on its way. I walked there, got rained on, then was told oops they couldn't give me one there because it was too early in the process.

2. I told the guy on the phone I wasn't even sure if I wanted to get xfinity mobile. He said well you aren't charged until you activate. I thus left it sitting here for weeks not activating, only to then find out it started my billing cycles WEEKS before I activated. So now I was charged for a full month even though I only had the phone activated for 12 days of that month.

3. Originally I signed up for $25 gc for bringing your own phone. BEFORE I activated it, they changed it back to a $50 gc promotion. I called, STILL not having activated yet, and asked could I get the $50 if I activate and keep it. he said yes,. I asked him 3 times to please note it on my account. I guarantee you they won't send me $50. I bet they don't even send $25 because they can say oops that promotion ended before I activated.

4. The guy who signed me up said they send the gc in like 3 or 4 weeks. But the terms say it's like 6 months or something like that. He also said the promotion going on when you ACTIVATE is what determines what you get. Such bs. they sent an email when I signed up saying I'd get $25. They sent nothing when I activated to say it was magically now $50.

5. On their forums they run me in circles, telling me to PM them then in the PM they asked for account info. When I gave it, it sent me an automated response saying to post on the forums before PMing them for help. I ALREADY DID THAT, which is why I pmed after they told me to.

So now I am out money for part of a month I didn't have it activated, may or may not get any gc let alone the full $50 one, and them wasting tons of my time with their "support".
Bro all of your bullet points sounds like a "you" problem. You getting rained on is a you problem. You expecting help from a forum bot versus calling or chatting with xm is a you problem.

I saw this in my account and claimed this reward. So if I buy a new phone, will they mail me TWO GCs? $100 reward + $300 existing customer new iphone promo?

The $300 GC deal for existing customers says in the email I got : "May not be combined with other offers."

So it would seem then that those 2 offers won't stack.

No, $300 off is by the prepaid visa card. It's not additional off

No, I don't think their trade-in estimate gives good price. Try Apple trade in:
https://www.apple.com/shop/trade-in
Scroll down until you see words, "Select your device to get a trade-in estimate without a purchase". Use that number as a fair price.

There could be other trade-in deal that actually need an old phone trade in to work. You may consider those deals as well.

So my sim needs to be in the phone for 60 days to request an unlock? Or can I just activate it, remove sim and wait 60 days?
Not sure; it does need to be in the phone at the time of activation, and at the time of unlock.

OP appears to be comparing 2 lines of unlimited on visible (at $50) vs 2 lines of unlimited on Xfinity (@$80); that's the difference of $30 per month.

Note that the $600 for 2 phones is over 24 months, not 12; so the discount is effectively only $25 per month; $80 less $25 per month is still $55 per month, compared to Visible's $50 per month for 2 lines.

Also - Visible rates include all fees and taxes, Xfinity is extra.

For "unlimited" plan users - Visible works out cheaper than Xfinity. Also Visible usually has gift cards for the new port in / phone purchase; while they haven't yet announced their offer for the iPhone 13, the iPhone 12 series appears to have a $150 GC offer.

Xfinity makes more sense for shared users (upto 5) on the By the Gig plan; especially if data usage is very low and you can get by on the 1 GB shared or 3 GB shared plans.

If you are an existing Xfinity user, you get these deals each year though, not over 3 years. Yea taxes do add in a bit, depending on the number of lines, something like $2-$3 a month per line.

There's just lots of different scenarios for lots of different people and lots of ways to look at these deals. Some ways make more sense for certain people.

For example, you could be an existing Xfinity mobile customer, get the 300, stay for 2 months, then switch to visible, save money monthly, and switch back if you want a new phone next year. Just a lot of work that way!

Also, if you didn't care about a new phone each year, then visible might make more sense. But if you want a new phone every year, maybe these Xfinity deals make it make more sense to stay with them to get the existing customer cash back. That's currently where I am. And when I need 4 people to be unlimited it'll be $30/month per line.
