Make sure you keep a screenshot of your order summary where it mentions the gc. Knowing comcast you won't get anything and the horrible CS will ask you to cancel your service.

I've gotten multiple gift cards from XM without issue in deals like this. Last year the two I got with the iPhone 12 Pros came in like a month. It used to be 12-16 weeks and took every bit of that. Even though this isn't a significant upgrade for me, it's really tempting.

Nope. If you're a new customer and porting in - you get it as "bill credits over 24 months". If you terminate early, you lose the discount over the remaining period ($15 per month x number of months remaining); you'll effectively be paying full price less the number of months that you actually got the $15/mth discount.

If you are a new customer and want to get the GC instead of bill credits

1) Port in as a new customer with your existing phone (BYOD)
2) After line ported in, ask for upgrade; you pay the full price ($729 for the iPhone 13 mini and so on).
3) Anywhere between 4 - 12 weeks after, you'll get a $300 gift card.
4) After 60 days service and paying at least one billing cycle - you can request unlock of the iphone.
5) After unlocking + getting the GC : you can cancel service or continue as you wish.

I have paid my existing phone of in full with XM but haven't requested them to unlock it yet. I'm assuming my trade-in value would be more for an unlocked phone? Thanks.

So if I join XM via BYOD, then proceed to upgrade that I can get the $50 BYOD gift card + the $300 gift card? Has anyone confirm this will work?

I'm trying to clarify whether you can stack the $300 upgrade coupon (existing user) with the rewards offer. I'm Diamond, so have a $150 off mobile device offer waiting to be redeemed. If I use that, will it negate the $300 offer, or are they separate entities and both will be applied?

I think this is a terrible deal. Last time I bought the iphone 12 with a similar promotion from Xfinity Mobile. It requires the Xfinity internet. But, after I purchased the iphone, then my internet was too slow and the bill rose too high. And, I switched the internet provider to ATT then Xfinity mobile charged me $25 extra line fee. Then, I gave up the promotion and terminated the Xfinity mobile service.

I am an existing customer with 4 lines. Can I get the $300 for each line i.e. upgrade all 4 phones? Thanks for your help.
I don't see any limitation. Last year I bought 2 and received GCs.

My Xfinity and Xfinity mobile bills are damn near the same every month (mobile has gone down the last 2 months by 2 cents each time). My Xfinity and Xfinity mobile speeds are both fast. I have the gig plan and unlimited mobile. I literally have zero issues... Until I do... The only problem I have is with their customer service. I never get someone who's first language is English. Now, if you said this is a terrible deal because of their cs, I 10000000% couldn't disagree with you. Their service and billing, at least for me, has been flawless.

I'm an Xfinity Internet and TV customer. Not sure that makes any difference in this case.
I do not have a number to port in.
I do not have an existing cell phone to trade in (use my business phone for everything).

It's time for me to get my own phone. Is there a way I can get in on this deal?
New iPhone 13.
New cell number.

Nope this doesnt work. BYOD promotion conflicts with $300GC promotion. So you'll receive the $25 gc and thats it for you.
This is untrue. I just went to an Xfinity store, transferred in two numbers from Google Fi and got a $25 GC for each line. Then I bought two iPhone 13 Minis and received two $300 GCs. All GCs are on my receipts.

I can also vouch for opening a new line with my existing phone, then paying in full for a 13 Pro Max and getting the $300 card. Went to an Xfinity store to do so.

Did you get $300 GC right away at the store?

The reward terms don't state anything that says you can't stack them with other offers or promotions. I'm going to go for it.
