Make sure you keep a screenshot of your order summary where it mentions the gc. Knowing comcast you won't get anything and the horrible CS will ask you to cancel your service.

I've gotten multiple gift cards from XM without issue in deals like this. Last year the two I got with the iPhone 12 Pros came in like a month. It used to be 12-16 weeks and took every bit of that. Even though this isn't a significant upgrade for me, it's really tempting.

Nope. If you're a new customer and porting in - you get it as "bill credits over 24 months". If you terminate early, you lose the discount over the remaining period ($15 per month x number of months remaining); you'll effectively be paying full price less the number of months that you actually got the $15/mth discount.

If you are a new customer and want to get the GC instead of bill credits

1) Port in as a new customer with your existing phone (BYOD)
2) After line ported in, ask for upgrade; you pay the full price ($729 for the iPhone 13 mini and so on).
3) Anywhere between 4 - 12 weeks after, you'll get a $300 gift card.
4) After 60 days service and paying at least one billing cycle - you can request unlock of the iphone.
5) After unlocking + getting the GC : you can cancel service or continue as you wish.

I signed up for BYOD offer last month. the reward status is pending still and I have not received the cards yet. Anyone know if I can upgrade one or more lines to avail this offer? If yes, since I am an existing customer, I am assuming I qualify for the prepaid card correct?

Personally I wouldn't risk it. I also have a byod from last month (still pending eligibility on the rebate site), but the terms for that promotion specify 90 days of service. Read a couple posts up and you will see someone's experience upgrading a byod line and getting denied one of the rebates. If you have another line on your account that isn't involved with another promo I would upgrade that one instead.

Update: You're right, the XM terms state it can't be combined with other offers. BUT(!), I have a feeling it will stack. My rewards card for being a member doesn't even show up on rebates website and is yet to be received after more than a month, did you get yours? I will chase them if you did lol
But being Xfinity customer for last 4-5 years I can say the BYOD promotion won't stack with 300 GC, it could totally be my experience though and hence am not willing to risk doing a byod

I did get the rewards card maybe just a couple weeks ago. It took a while to come and I nearly forgot about it, then it just showed up. Good luck!

I just placed an order for 12. However I changed my mind and want a iPhone 13 instead. Can I cancel my order(not shipped yet) and place another? Any help is appreciated.

The GCs will be mailed to you in 4-12 weeks. And you're correct, the iPhone 13 Minis were a preorder, but I did get a shipping email for both of them last night which says they'll arrive by Friday

Rep for a great deal. I like $300 off iPhone 13 Pro, and 1-line unlimited service at $45/month sounds perfect. However, the fineprints add $25/month to anyone who does not use Xfinity broadband internet or TV. Cox cable monopolized my city, so no Xfinity for me. Sad. Frown

No shipping notification here yet, went and checked UPS My Choice and didn't see anything coming but then checked Fedex and boom saw a scheduled delivery for Friday woot. Shipping label created anyway, but not handed off to Fedex so fingers crossed they get it to them!

Yes, you can. Since Xfinity allows you to upgrade multiple line on a single account, you should have no trouble switching to an iPhone 13.

While reviews say that it may not worth paying more to upgrade from an iPhone 12 to an iPhone 13, this offer allows current owners of iPhone 12s to upgrade to the 13 for no cost.

I was able to sell my 4-month old iPhone 12 mini 128gb for $620 on eBay, netting me ~$530 after fees and shipping. The new iPhone 13 mini 128gb cost me ~$500 after taxes and rebate. I felt it was worthwhile to upgrade to a newer iPhone 13 for no cost, since it would be worth ~$100 more than my iPhone 12 in a year, and I could also enjoy the improvements Apple made.
