Make sure you keep a screenshot of your order summary where it mentions the gc. Knowing comcast you won't get anything and the horrible CS will ask you to cancel your service.

I've gotten multiple gift cards from XM without issue in deals like this. Last year the two I got with the iPhone 12 Pros came in like a month. It used to be 12-16 weeks and took every bit of that. Even though this isn't a significant upgrade for me, it's really tempting.

Nope. If you're a new customer and porting in - you get it as "bill credits over 24 months". If you terminate early, you lose the discount over the remaining period ($15 per month x number of months remaining); you'll effectively be paying full price less the number of months that you actually got the $15/mth discount.

If you are a new customer and want to get the GC instead of bill credits

1) Port in as a new customer with your existing phone (BYOD)
2) After line ported in, ask for upgrade; you pay the full price ($729 for the iPhone 13 mini and so on).
3) Anywhere between 4 - 12 weeks after, you'll get a $300 gift card.
4) After 60 days service and paying at least one billing cycle - you can request unlock of the iphone.
5) After unlocking + getting the GC : you can cancel service or continue as you wish.

I just realized that in order to get $300, phone need to be actived in 15 days after ordering.
"Requires upgrade of an existing Xfinity Mobile line to an iPhone and activation within 15 days of order."
I ordered on 09/19/21, received 10days later because i was not able to sign the package until picked it up at fedex shipping center.
Phone was activated on 10/08/21.
If counts from the delivery date, it should be fine.
But if counts from the order date, which is 09/19/21, It is already longer than 15 days.

I wish the 15 days counts from the date of delivery in stead of order was placed as someone said in this forum.

When your order phone eventually ships you'll get a new order number that replaces the old one, which basically resets the 15 day window.

This happened for both my orders the first day you could predoreder: 9/17. My iPhone 13 Pro arrived on launch day and the iPhone 13 pro Max just shipped today.

my iphone 11 shipped on 09/19, arrived on 09/29 because of no one at home to accept package.
That means I already missed 15 window of activation if I didn't active the phone as of today?
Thanks!

I went into a store and the rep said that the $300 would be taken off the purchase price that day if I paid in full ($499 for the iphone 11). I already have 6 lines but she checked and I can add 2 lines more. I was surprised by that.
So to get the $300 I would to port in a new number. She mentioned creating a GoogleVoice number. I'm going to try that this weekend and see how it goes.
I did an in person purchase in Delaware, during a rest break between DC and New York. The sales agent was pretty clueless. I was first told the $300 off offer was only good for the 13 series. When I showed her the online ad she then told me they didn't have any 11's or the SE in stock. She also told me I had to do the 300 off in installments. I asked her to check the stock and sure enough they did have the SE. I told her I wanted to pay full purchase price and it was only after she entered my info in that the agent realized that I was eligible for the $300 GC.

Btw buying in Delaware does allow you to avoid sales tax even if your service address is somewhere else

Did those of you who upgraded an existing line get an activation email after it was done activating?

I activated the new sim in the new phone on Friday afternoon. The instructions said an email would arrive when activation was completed. The phone and sim look like it is done (the phone turned itself on after about 30 minutes of starting activation) and I am not porting in a number so it shouldn't take that long. Maybe it is because it is the weekend? I tried calling to ask but it was impossible to get through their automated system and at the end it said the office was closed.

Bought the phone 11 but will not be using that phone for the line. I want to pop the sim back into my own phone (will pop it back into the new phone in 60 days to unlock it) but want to make sure the activation is done and it is safe to do so. I have done this before two years ago but that was a port in number and I kept the sim in for the full 2 months. Being a bit less cautious this time.

Also slightly upset at myself for not ordering earlier when the rewards existed. I assumed after September 30, they would just give out new ones. I never clicked it activate it and was hoping a new one would appear in October.

I ordered an IPhone 13 phone on 9/24 and received it on 10/8. It shipped out of Fort Worth, TX. I ordered a black, but got a midnight, which is dark bluish. That is actually okay, because I like the color. But, just be aware if you are going to order that they may not have a real black.

We upgraded my wife to a new Iphone 13 a week or so ago and never got an email saying it was activating. We just turned her phone on after 20 minutes or so and it went through the entire activation process and we were good to go. The next day I could see her new phone in the XM app.

That was our experience so hopefully it's the same for you.

Has anyone been successful in getting their phone unlocked without waiting for 60 days? I was able to get through first agent to get the request submitted but later received an email stating my phone hasn't been active for 60 days.

I activated two new lines on XM today with the intention of upgrading to iPhone 13s very quickly to get the $300 gift cards (rather than bill credits). When I try going through the site to upgrade the device there's no option for me to purchase outright for a current line. I'll try again tomorrow.
