I was on the fence between the two myself. Then I read the reviews for the 56235 and they weren't good. Many buyers say it smokes within 20 hours of use, badly smokes. It was enough for me to steer clear of that model.

You're not going to get much cheaper than this without getting complete garbage. This is already on the low end for price.
