This is true, but I like Vudu lets me "lock in" a specific resolution. So even if iTunes can play at a higher bitrate, the random drops in quality are more noticeable.

You're right. They both have their positives and negatives. I have huge libraries on both platforms, because iTunes codes used to cost pennies and I used that old computer D2D program to buy a bunch of movies on VUDU.

That depends on your internet. I use iTunes movies on my Apple 4k TV and I never notice drops when watching my 4k movies on their service. I'm also hooked up with an Ethernet cable with 400 down.
If this is true, but a Vudu purchase transfers to MA and you watch it through MA...do you still get the lower quality as if you were watching it through Vudu?

No, if you're streaming your movie purchased from VUDU on MA, you stream from MA servers, which means higher quality streams.
it has to do with your connection, I have no problems with vudu 4k on my tv, I don't use wifi though I have the tv connected through the Ethernet port.

AWESOME
Yeah, its actually a thing. I've tried every digital library to keep my digitals. And VUDU keeps pretty much all of the movies.
Others dont. And it's also overall the best layout and quality. Fandango just acquired VUDU so it's even better now.
