Essentially, he salvaged an ancient roto-tiller, got it running, added a better muffler, and tightened up the tines. Kids want him to pull their cart with the roto-tiller. No problem for Marty T. Pure enjoyment, and Marty appears to be having more fun than the kids.
Nice, where did you go? Week sounds fun. I usually tent or hammock camp for a night or two.
I have the Adirondacks nearby so there is a lot to explore but I usually end up going to the same place though lol.

There are some serious big Redwoods there
Two days dry camping in Mendo (they did have water near by).
Then glamping with full hook ups at an RV park.
We have a Hybrid camper (the front and back bunk fold out, but looks like a pop-up bunk, the main body of the camper is full height. Here is a 2000 model [lerchrv.com] of our 1999
DS2 has a full hammock setup with rain fly, and bug netting...but it jacks with his back so he can't sleep in it...just hang our for a while when he want's some space away from the parents aka us.
