If anyone cares, the highest sodium detected in two cities in the southwest state where I live is 123 mg/l and 180 mg/l or PPM. Well under that. It's also an unregulated contaminant meaning the cities don't aim to reduce it specifically. There is no MCL(maximum contaminant level) for sodium.
So yeah there isn't enough sodium in your water to worry about not getting sodium from further treated water.
Can't find it on Amazon. Don't mind late delivery. Do you have a link for that?
Yes, thanks!
And as a Slickdealer, when he's talking about value for dollars, that generally all goes out the window too because I don't pay retail.
He rated Bosch Icon blades highest but I'm not paying $40 for a set of wiper blades because they'll last a few months longer than my $8 set of Trico Neoforms.

No headache except for the small mountain of plastic you are accumulating while simultaneously paying more. Just buy a Hydroflask and install a filtration system in your sink. I haven't used a plastic bottle of water in years.
However in this case, having essentially distilled water is not really meaningful to high quality tasting water. You actually want minerals in your water, because they are a source of nutrients for your body and also makes it taste good. That is why bottled spring water sells well for drinking water, distilled water is used for non-drinking purposes.
I get it, we are all nerds and get off on raw stats on his tests, but in this particular case, 0 PPM isn't really meaningful to good tasting water.
"Surprisingly, one pitcher increased the number of microplastics to 437.4 particles — a 1,206% increase"

Coca Cola or Pepsi? They own Dasani and Aquafina (not the actress awkwafina, smh), which is simply the water without the cola.
I was thinking similarly. ZeroWater filters are definitely good at what they do. But my understanding is they also have a short lifespan and are costly. Additionally, the trace minerals in water end up being useful to the body usually. But for folks who have decent potable water, I don't know if TDS 0 makes sense, I should try checking the TDS content of various bottled waters for reference.
I have heard of folks in some spots like Arizona who despite using carbon based water filtration, their water still tastes so terrible they only drink bottled water.
My tap water has a lot of iron, so the taste is meh, but is otherwise good to drink, adding in a 2 stage filter to my sink fixed that issue.
