I learned the hard way spending a ton on Jerky sauce ingredients using small bottles. Beef will soak up a lot of these juices. You can use up a one gallon bottle during the fall and winter season easily. So many recipes that include soy sauce, bbq sauce, liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion powder, pineapple juice, etc etc. It can add up quickly. Nothing like home made beef jerky. I will make 10 lbs at a time, 3 different recipes, and it's gone by friends and family in two days.

Edit: in case you're wondering what the hell I'm going to do with 4 gallons of Worcestershire sauce, marinade steaks and even chicken, use it in making gourmet hamburgers, jerky, stir fry, use it as a component in savory reduction sauces and glazes. It also adds a great deal of flavor when you add some to a batch of vegetable pickling when canning.
Worcestershire sauce is a key ingredient for things like bourbon chicken, many shredded beef or chicken sauces, soups any just all kinds of stuff. Not bad as a condiment for a lot of foods too.
Worcestershire sauce is one of the things that I would never want to make more than once, because it's a freaking pain in the ass to do, both expensive and takes forever, but it makes you appreciate being able to just buy a bottle.
These four gallons will be used up by the end of November, no problem.
