I have a feeling that this deal will not last.

I have 2 phones on my account. An IPhone 11 that I use and and an Iphone 7 as a backup that the kids use. Does anyone know if I can use the upgrade offer on the Iphone 7 line but activate it on the Iphone 11 line and then give the Iphone 11 to the kids and trade in the Iphone 7?
yes.. just swap to iphone 7 on yourr line and go with trade in online.. should be cool.

I spoke with someone at Sprint who seemed to know what he is talking about. He said my Kickstart plan was not eligible for any sort of a trade in deal besides 75 bucks for my iphone 8. Also on my account any trade in offer they have listed for me includes monthly payments.

He also is the second TMobile/Sprint person to tell me that TMobile has agreed not to change plans/pricing on Sprint customers plans for 36 months after the merger was complete (April 2020) So in April 2023 he said this sweet 15 a month deal very well could be going away.

Described below is my devices upgrade experiences:
1. 2 lines on the legacy Sprint unlimited talk.text, data plan. Pay $20 per line monthly through autopay.
2. One line has iPhone 7+ and the other iPhone 6S+
3. On my account dashboard, clicked on the device upgrade for the first line that has 7+ phone.
4. chose iphone 13 Pro 256, the system added the selection to the basket that shows $20 per month credit ($600 for iphone 7+)
5. returned to the account dashboard and selected to upgrade the 2nd line (iphone 6s+)
6. went through the same selection process and added the selected phone to the basket. This time the credit is $400 for iphone 6s+
7. completed the checkout and subsequently received the confirmation email.
8. both upgrades have the pending status because the phones are preordered.

I was never once asked to change my Sprint unlimited plan to another plan. YMMV.

So, neither of your plans is the Kickstart plan correct? and you will be paying a reduced monthly charge to pay for your phone correct?

I'm on SWAC (and upgrading a Pixel to Z-flip 3) and wasn't told I needed to change plan until I received the phone and tried to activate. A hour on hold, but they're sending a sprint sim which they say should work and allow me to stay SWAC. T-mo sim came with phone. Good luck!

1. I am on Unlimited Kickstart Tax Inclusive V1 plan.
2. As far as I know, and fingers crossed, I will be continue paying $20 per line using autopay.

I'm on the Kickstart v1 plan with one free line. Both still on sprint sim cards. I was able to see all three offers on my Kickstart line. I didn't bother checking my free line.

I originally had an android on my Kickstart line. I swapped in an iPhone 7 and chose to upgrade to iPhone 13 Pro Max 512 GB. Got the 20 monthly credit for the iPhone 7 ($20 × 30 mo = $600). Thank you, OP!

Yes, the iPhone you swap in has to be on your account and it's auto-calculated from the line you're upgrading. I have a couple of cricket iPhone 7 but they're still locked and can't be activated on Sprint yet, so they were a no-go.

This is still a pre-order; Sprint won't ship until Oct 6 at the earliest. Anybody know if I still have to be using the iPhone 7 on my main line until then or can I switch back to my android now?

Wasted an hour on the phone. Finally got to a competent employee who said I'd need to migrate over to T-Mobile to take advantage of the offer and lose my current plan.
Not that you are looking to spend more time but from past experience there are some sprint reps that are better than others.

Not worth it if you aren't on a legacy sprint plan but may be worth another phone call and ask if you are eligible for the "tech up" promotion of you are still on a legacy sprint plan…

I believe it is because iPhone X or prior isn't on T-mobile network and their number 1 priority is to get you on T-mobile network even if you are keeping a legacy sprint plan.

This is my concern too once iPhone 13 is received but fingers crossed. At least I'll have this in mind if they have issues activating right away

thank you! (Don't see the ability to give you rep on this post or I would.)

including fees and everything, how much are you paying per month for kickstarter plan?
Kickstart v1, after taxes and with autopay: $20, also got free line that gets taxed $5 so $25 for two lines.

Kickstart v3, after taxes and with autopay: $30

Kickstart plans aren't available anymore. And there was the one year free line for everyone before that...
