Disagree to which part? Not arguably his best or doesn't stand up today, or both? It has a 98% fresh rating at Rotten Tomatoes which is the highest score there for any of his films. At IMDB it's tied for the highest score among his films with The Shining and Paths of Glory so the consensus is pretty clear that it fits in the "arguably his best" category even if your personal tastes are different.
