So I'd say if you having record anything from Visible you might want to check with Mint to make sure they even got the port request and if they did that the info they got was correct.

Same thing has happened to me. Was porting from tracfone to visible and kept getting the account number wrong error. Tracfone said that visible kept sending the wrong number over and over. and that it was the exact same number over and over.. I just gave up and got a new number. Visibles chat dept and facebook messaging help are just waste of time. They can't do anything more than you can on the website. God help you if you ever really need help. Its just not there.
Besides, the past 3 weeks have been really bad for visible. They have had spotty service and outages all over the country. Some places still don't have service after three days. Its some kind of a software glitch in their system from what I have been reading.

Now you gotta spend $100+ for 3 months of service and you can't use the phone for anything except Visible during that time. Maybe $150 saved for a lot of hassle.
Good for the right person but this is a terrible deal compared to last year where the phone was unlocked from the beginning. And there was cash back. Last year I got $300+ in CB. The 12 Pro Max 256GB I bought was only like $700 when I was done or something and there was very little inconvenience.

The annoying thing is that when I try to call or chat with TracFone I get a human quickly. Chat on Visible so far has been a 20-30min wait. TracFone even gave me the direct # for the porting dept. No need to go through a CSR intermediary.

$200+ $50 homepod mini even if i do have to pay $55 for 3 months of service is still $200 less than paying for a full price unlocked phone from Apple.
I have AT&T but want the flexibility to use the phone for whatever carrier I want right out the box. But now they locked it it's gonna sit there for 60 days before it can be used.
oh well. there's always gotta be something in it for them, this eliminates the percentage of users who just use visible temporarily.
