New members who (1) purchase a qualifying device or bring their own, (2) transfer their existing phone number from an Eligible Carrier, (3) activate their Visible service, and (4) complete 3 full months' service payments, are eligible to receive up to a $200 virtual gift card…
For the HomePod Mini, condition (4) is not listed. So, you do not need to pay for 3 months to keep your HomePod Mini.
HomePod Mini retails for $99, but can be found much cheaper.
Costco has them at $95.
Best buy has them as open box (Excellent) at $88.
Staples has them new at $89, but you need to follow through google shopping link to get the price (try incognito mode).

As much as I want the updated camera and high refresh display, figure I can wait one more year and get them with the 14 Pro. I only feel compelled to upgrade this year because I'm getting tired of using my iPhone SE2's small LCD screen
I loved my SE2 but the battery life was killing me. Had to charge it in the early evening a second time or it'd be dead before I went to sleep. The 12 will be the perfect upgrade to hold you over til the 14 comes out.
I guess the patched the loophole and only provide whitelist for identify each ISP's lock device.
btw, got the homepods mini redemption code right after port/activate my number through email.

"Okay, so you will qualify for a $100 gift card but not the $200. You would need to buy the phone from us to get the $200 one. I am going to send the case up and let them know you ported from att and do qualify for the $100." and
" It does not specify an amount right there though. the ad that says $200 says up to $200 but not saying anyone that ports in will get that much. They can but there are exceptions like not buying the phone from us."
Think I'm naive...

This is why I never got the Visible swap trade in deals that people voted up in the past. If they did BYOD they got $100. if they did tradein, they gave up a phone (albeit in most cases a crappy one) to get $100-$150 phone, that they would likely flip for $100 or so. With the swap, there was no rebate. BYOD was much better and easier IMO.

The moto E6 wasn't a great phone but for $25 it was definitely worth it for people looking to try the service for a month before commiting 2-3months or more
Once the stock for the A7 and A3 are depleted I'm sure we'll get some decent swaps

How many days is it taking for the phone (13 pro to be specific) to reach to your doorstep?
