Not sure if it matters anymore, but would this be good for a Ryder 3000/5000 build?
Good performance for the price. However this is most likely single rank and you wont know until it arrives. Unfort Crucial ram is almost always single rank now for 8 and 16GB modules whereas it used to mostly be dual rank. To get around this you could buy 2 kits and have 32GB (8x4) in dual rank config. Performance difference between single vs dual rank isn't huge, but it matters much more on ryzen than intel, especially if you ever wanted to try overclocking since ryzen cant really push ram much beyond 3800MHz, so tight timings and being dual rank is a bigger factor.

I have the 32GB (2x16GB) kit on my other build. FYI if you going to use this on MSI MAG X570 Tomahawk, there is a bit of compatibility issue if you plan to control the RGB through Dragon Center / Mystic Light. In my case it showed like twice then suddenly after I reboot the pc it didn't show anymore or didn't recognize by the Mystic Light. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program still no detection. So then I completely uninstall the Mystic light. I've tried other programs like the iCue Corsair and Gigabyte RGB Fusion and still unable to recognize the RAM. The only program that I've tried that can recognize the RAM is the Asus Armory Crate. There are some other RGB programs out there like the Jacknet RGB and Open RGB but what I've read it causes some issues with the type of mobo I have.

I have the same issue with MSI b550 lighting mobo. There was talk of new firmware but I doubt MSI cares enough to fix it. If you have a newer AMD MSI mobo, don't expect to sync rgb. As far as performance goes, it's excellent. However, if no rgb is not an issue, Corsair has a vengeance lpx kit with 3600 cl14 which should wipe this off the map. However that is almost twice as expensive.
Man, I had to google what the people are talking about when complain about RGB not working on this RAM. They are talking about this memory not showing some colorful lights. I'm getting old

Crucial's mod software finally works for me to control the ram. Not quite as good as msi software controlling all but better then having to use armory crate
Good ram. I got the exact same kit last year for like $130.
Yeah, it's good to see RAM, CPU, motherboard, & PSU prices finally coming back down to earth. But what the hell is going on with GPU prices? Read a while back that they were supposed to return to normal by now but they're higher than ever.

Thats good. I love crucial ram but hate having to use armoury crate with it. Crucial software was so terrible for it, it would either freeze or not do anything for it.

They are still way behind versus demand and there are still alot of shortages in parts and labor. Also there are huge tarrifs on gpus right now that dont help. Alot of people wanting to buy them to mine on them as well since crypto the last year or so took off again. Inflation also has a small but inportant part in it and that things are going to cost slightly more now.

Since it was removed from the OP.
Is there a brand that is dual rank?
