She'll make point five past lightspeed. She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts, kid.

This thing is the best charger I own. Wireless, looks cool and lights up when charging. Just can't find a filler for free shipping to get another

The $5,600 price tag is like the rollercoaster GameStop stock price (GME) 🤣

Not sure how a "bad" wireless charger will cause a phone to heat up. Phone batteries usually heat up during charging based on power (P=IV).
The same way any bad charging systems always cause heat: inefficiencies. The major sources of heat in a wireless system are the I2R losses (Joule heating) in the antennas, joule heating due to eddy currents in the shielding material and any metallic components that are in the path of magnetic flux lines, switching losses in the power stage, and losses in passives (e.g. rectifiers). It should be noted that the heat is generated by both the transmitter system and the receiver system, and a portion of the heat from the transmitter side will flow to the receiver via a combination of conduction and convection.

Removing any protective phone case or other obstructions can help reduce the heating, and allow the heat to be dissipated more readily.

It has a switch on the bottom. You can choose to have it only light up when you first start charging or have the light stay on the whole time you're charging.

this thing is terrible as a charger. Cause my phone to heat up a lot.
Agree. Made my phone super hot & I tend to believe it caused color oversaturation issues with my phone as a result. I'm done using it.

Once again, I love my Falcon charger. The only 2 drawbacks: getting used to the accurate placement on the pad for charging (once you get used to it, it willl work 99% of the time...just check the blue exhaust light) and the USB plug is on the back, amongst the blue exhaust lights, which makes if inconvenient f you want to place the Falcon facing towards you, you can not see the cool blue exhaust in the back when it lights up.

I know everyone bags on GameStop but I like browsing the store and seeing all the products and toys in person. Every employee I have encountered has been great especially for this 50 y.o who is behind with tech and gaming. Consider joining the Pro Membership (initial $15) however you get 5% off all future GS purchases and $5 free every month towards anything in the store. So, if you use all of your rewards, thats a free $45 that I will probably use towards Fortnite VBucks for my kids and random things like this charger.

Was at supposed to be a joke? Solo? Get it? har har.

THe charger comes just by itself, with a detachable cord that plugs into the wall or USB. I forget. Mine is plugged into my desktop CPU's USB and works great.

Im sure there are better chargers out there and its more for looks. I still have mine and yes my phone is warm however it is consistent and I have been using it for 1.5 years - almost every day in my office. Im not relying on it for speed charging, just insurance to get my phone through the day enough to have charge when I plug it into my car (Android Auto) on my commute home.
