I used to use this stuff on every oil change. My last car I was lazy putting it in. approaching 90K miles and dont feel it is really needed. If you use decent gas, I dont think it is needed.

If you use top tier gas, and yes, that is an actual rating, then you probably don't need it. Places like Shell, Maration, BP, etc are top tier certified. It means they use more detergents that are recommended by car manufacturers. If you go to a local Speedway it might not have as many additives and something like this can help if you use it regularly. With that said if you have a massive issue this isn't going to suddenly make everything clean either. You can also get similar cleaning by just using better gas for 5 or 10 thousand miles.

Fuel system cleaning is really a mixed bag and can seem pointless for many. Yet for people stuck using fuel without many detergent additives, regular use of fuel system cleaners can help.
