You have a solar panel charging a battery.
Just like when you plug it into an A/C adaptor or USB port.
Solar panel alone won't give you usb and ac power
I can inflate/deflate 3 of my Kayaks, 2 times and it still has 80% of the charge left.
We went camping this summer for 4 days, charging phones, inflating kayaks, using it as a light source at night, and when we came back it still had 50% of the charge left.
Why not use the car itself? You aren't walking far with sups and blow up kayaks and this 10lb pack lol
I'd preferably like to find one that can charge via solar but I have no idea what I'm doing. Gonna grab a separate duel fuel for the rest of the house but wanted something like this just for CPAP and maybe cell phone.
If the power goes out, you can run it dry (skip the humidifier and heat).
Haven't tried it yet, but I bought a DC adaptor for hub's cpap. From what I've read, this will extend the time that will run off the battery. (But it is confusing and I got bleary eyed from reading all the lit/claims/reviews. I would be in for this deal but it is OSS.
Amazon ran out of them.

Using an inverter with this one is going to be rough though. That inverter probably sucks up 10% of the available power just to run. I have a PS with a 400 watt invert but rarely use it and mainly stick to usb or straight 12 volts.
Not picking on the PS, this inefficiency is with all generators it's just that when you work with solar and such a small tank, you're going to feel it more.
These really are not great to run AC items. It's basically something to use with phones, laptops and power banks. I rarely use mine when it's not actively getting solar.
I built my stuff and I disagree with that expensive panel formerly recommended. If you goal is to have it primarily very portable, I would just buy a 20-30 watt standard mono panel and get an adaptor. It's much easier to set up (you don't have to unfold everything and try to level it or fiddle around "attempting" lol to angle it to aim properly), will last longer because it's actually glass and is ultimately less expensive.
That is for doing things like charging phones and such. I've been charging phones etc on mine for years. If you really needed a 100 watt panel for some reason, I think you're leaving the realm of portable and entering gas generator territory. I've used mine with 100w+ inverter load but not for very long ….like 30 minutes. These are too small for that kind of work.
