Yikes, that markup for "PS5" in the title. I got them for $10 each in June. I get it, it's about the PS5, but I don't see why this particular heatsink is special. I don't have a PS5, but would other same-sized heatsinks work? For example, this one listed for $15? https://www.amazon.com/Heatsink-C...07XCM1M4F/
Or this one, that looks very similar to the OP, for $6? https://www.amazon.com/Heatsink-N...088NSLMC4/
not a slick deal, I bought this for cheaper 2 weeks ago and it was "regular" price at $15.99 (I got purple because it was in stock, color is pointless since you can't see it). The black was out of stock, but this appears to be a mark up of 2-4 dollars.

What happens if I try to run this without a heatsink? Mine's on the way and I haven't used one before
Worst case (if you have poor airflow and high ambient temps), the SSD will throttle and it might be slower. You don't have to worry about overheating damage since all modern SSDs can throttle.
